CollSoft Payroll License Keys

     CollSoft offers 3 various options:

1.                   *  Small Business License- this allows access for 5 companies/employers and provides access for 2 user’s/PC’s and unlimited employee’s

2.                   *  Micro Bureau License - this allows access for 10 companies/employers and provides access for 2 user’s/PC’s and unlimited employee’s

3.                   *  Bureau License - this allows access for unlimited companies/employers and provides access for 2 user’s/PC’s and unlimited employee’s

Activating payroll with your license key

Once you have installed the software and imported or captured your company information, when you click on your company name, you will be presented with the free trial screen. Click the “Enter License Key” button.

Alternatively, click on the “Help” Menu option at the top of the software.

Then click “View Payroll License”

Either copy your License Key from the email you received from CollSoft or type your License Key into the relevant field.

       Please note that any 0 is the number zero and NOT O for Oscar.

       Then click the “activate” button to the right of the License Key field.

The “activate” button will not be replaced with a “de-activate” button. 

This means that your license key has been activated and you can close the screen and proceed to your company to process wages.
