Year End - How to Reconcile your 2022 CollSoft Payroll against Revenue

Now that you have completed your 2022 Payroll you should take some time to perform a couple of simple Year End Tasks;

1) Reconcile CollSoft Payroll against Revenue - this verifies that the totals in CollSoft match those in Revenue

2) Take steps to avoid any "Unlinked Payslips" - these are payslips which are missing PPSNs and which are not linked to an employee

We have just released a new version of Payroll 2022 (Build 94) which includes two new tools to help you with both of those tasks. You can get the latest version of Payroll by selecting the "Check For Updates" option in the "Help" menu of Payroll 2022

We would strongly suggest that all users should perform the reconciliation to ensure that there are no differences between your Payroll records and Revenue. This process can help you to catch mistakes and rectify them as soon as possible.
