ROS issues with RPNs and PSRs

Users are reporting that they are still having problems retrieving RPNs and making Payroll Submissions

Revenue are working on it at the moment.


We would advise users not to make payroll submissions to Revenue until the issue is resolved.

Users have been reporting problems this morning while retrieving RPNs and making Payroll Submissions.

Revenue have confirmed an issue on their side and we are waiting for an update.

We would advise users not to make payroll submissions to Revenue until the issue is resolved.

Revenue are experiencing problems with the RPN service again.

Users may not be able to download RPNs

Revenue have confirmed that RPN services have been restored to normal.


Users should now be able to retrieve RPNS as normal

Revenue have confirmed that there is a problem with the RPN service and they are currently performing a restart.

Users may not be able to retrieve RPNs during this restart.

Normal services are expected to be restored in the next 30 minutes
