Each article offers general guidance and is for reference purposes only and is not intended as a complete and comprehensive guide to satisfy all employment scenarios. There may be issues relating to your specific company which may require additional Revenue reporting requirements.
Before proceeding please be aware of the following:
- CollSoft Payroll 2019 will install separately to CollSoft Payroll 2018.

- Changes may be made to 2017 payroll records even after commencing 2018 payroll.
- Any amendments made to an employee record in 2018 (such as employee address, DOB, email address), subsequent to importing the employee records from 2018 to 2019 will not reflect in 2019.
- Any subsequent payroll processed in 2018 is not relevant to 2019 as all payroll cumulatives for all employees are set to zero to commence a new tax year.
- All 2018 year end reports can be generated, printed and viewed as many times as is required.
- A ‘lock down’ or ‘closing’ of the 2018 payroll is not required at year end, therefore each year end report, payroll amendment, reprinting of historical reports etc., is accessible at all times.
