Blocked connection to the CollSoft mail server

If you choose to use the CollSoft mail server to email payslips, then your local security settings (i.e. anti-virus and/or firewall) may block connection to the CollSoft mail server. This may result in an error message returning.

To allow communications with the CollSoft mail server you must set up an exception in the local firewall and anti-virus software.
In setting up the exception the CollSoft mail server IP addresses needed are 212.147.129.76 (212.147.129.75)

You need to edit the SPF Record in order to allow the Collsoft Mail Server IP Address to pass through undetected.

Once completed, the email payslip function should work successfully.
