Payroll Submission Error 400 - Invalid Employee Address

The first version of Payroll 2019 released had a bug which caused the employee's address to be encoded incorrectly, and even though you have updated your employee files or your version of Payroll 2019 you still cannot file your Payroll Submission.

This update can be fixed by forcing Payroll to recreate each Payroll Submission Line Item before it attempts to file the submission as follows;

1) Ensure that you are running the latest version of Payroll 2019 by selecting the "Check For Updates" option from the "Help" menu.

You should be running on Build 54 or higher.

2) Open your Payroll Period and commence the PSRs Wizard again.

This will start the PSR Submission Wizard, click on "Next" to continue to the next step.

Note: If your "Next" button on the PSRs wizard is disabled please contact as there is an additional step that you need to run.

Confirm the Payroll Run Reference and press "Next"

On the Employee selection step, click into the "Options" tab

And select the "Calculate New PSR Line Item..." option.

This will force Payroll 2019 to recalculate your PSR line items and will correct the problem with the employee's address.

You can now proceed as normal to make your Payroll Submission
