Payroll 2019 November Data Quality Update Update

We are happy to advise you that we have just released our November Payroll 2019 Data Quality update which you can download from our website at

This is a significant update that is designed to ensure that you have filed your payroll correctly with Revenue, and it includes many new features such as;

• A new Revenue Batch Submission process that enables you to file batches of submissions for multiple employers and payroll periods at the same time.
• A new method of identifying any outstanding payroll submissions.
• New monthly statement reports that make it easier to reconcile your payroll against your Revenue account.
• A new real-time notification service that enables us to tell you if Revenue is offline.
• A number of new reports and many small enhancements to help you run your payroll more effectively

We recommend that all users install this update as soon as is practical, and as always we recommend that you make a backup of your existing data before installing the update.

Please Note: This update performs a significant database upgrade and it may take some time to run if you have a very large data file. If you are running a multi-user version of Payroll then all users will need to install the update as the older versions of Payroll cannot read the new data file. You may also need to contact your IT department before running this update.
